Former Telangana Chief Minister and BRS President KCR, also known as BRS Chief KCR, underwent a successful hip replacement surgery at Yashoda Hospital in Somajiguda. The surgery, initiated on Friday evening, was completed overnight. Post-surgery, KCR was shifted from the operation theater to the ICU.
The BRS ranks are jubilant upon learning about the success of their party leader’s surgery. They express confidence that KCR will soon recover and return to them. Present at Yashoda Hospital are KCR’s wife Shobha, son KTR, daughter Kavitha, Harish Rao, Santhosh, and others, constantly inquiring about KCR’s health.
Slip in the Farmhouse and Prompt Hospitalization
Former CM KCR encountered an incident where he slipped in the bathroom of a farmhouse in Erravalli, resulting in a minor crack in his waist. Swiftly after the occurrence, KCR was rushed to Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad, where he is currently under the care of Yashoda doctors. The incident happened around two and a half hours late at night.
Post-Election Move to the Farmhouse
Following the Telangana Assembly elections’ loss, CM KCR departed from Pragati Bhavan and headed directly to the farmhouse, where he has been residing since. Despite the electoral setback, KCR’s residence in Erravalli witnessed a stream of visitors, including former ministers, MLAs, public representatives, trade union leaders, intellectuals, poets, artists, women, and youth.
Visitors from various parts of the state converged at KCR’s residence, expressing optimism for better days ahead. They engaged in warm interactions, shaking hands, posing for photos, and taking selfies with their beloved leader.
