Vinayaka Chavithi Brings Two Days Off
On the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi, we’ll have two consecutive days off. Also, the TET exam in Telangana is scheduled for September 15, which will lead to two more days off. On September 14, colleges or schools near TET exam centers in Telangana will have a half-day holiday.
Special Schedule for TET Exam
On September 15, the TET exam is happening. Classes will be in the morning, and then there will be another half-day holiday. The education department made this decision to support the TET exam. The Telangana government has issued an order to this effect.
TET Exam Details
This year, 2,69,557 applications came in for TET Paper-1, and 2,08,498 applications were received for Paper-2. There are 1,139 examination centers for Paper 1 and 913 for Paper 2. Hyderabad has the most centers with 92, while Mulugu district has the fewest with 8.
Important Instructions for TET Exam
Officials advise applicants to double-check their application details for accuracy. Medical staff will be available at the exam centers, and Section 144 will be enforced. Candidates must arrive one hour before the exam starts, and latecomers won’t be allowed in. Paper-1 is from 9:30 AM to 12 PM, and Paper-2 is from 2:30 PM to 5 PM. Remember, no late entry is permitted.
