Benefits of Parivarik Labh Yojana

• Governments in states that participate in the Family Benefit Scheme will compensate Rs.30,000 to BPL families.
• The benefits of this scheme will only be available to low-income families with no earning member in their family due to a person dying for some reason.

Eligibility of Uttar Pradesh Parivarik Labh Yojana

1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
2. Families with a deceased head of household and the head is between 18 and 60 years of age will be eligible for death assistance.
3. The annual income of the family of the applicant from urban areas should not exceed Rs. 56,000, while that of the rural area should not exceed Rs. 46,000 under the Uttar Pradesh National Family Benefit Scheme.
4. The applicant’s family falls under the category of the Below Poverty Line (BPL Category).

National Family Benefit Scheme Guidelines

1. Please complete all parts of the form in English.
2. In order to apply, a tehsil-level income certificate will be valid. Applicant must provide details of a bank account at the national level.
3. Cooperative Bank accounts are not valid under the National Family Scheme.
4. A tehsil-level income certificate will be valid.
5. If any error were found in the information provided by the applicant, this would be the applicant’s responsibility.
6. All essential documents must be uploaded to the application form as a shadow copy by the applicant.
7. Death certificates are only valid if issued by a recognized hospital, Nagar panchayat, or tehsil.
8. It should be a JPEG format of no more than 20 KB with a photo signature of the beneficiary.
9. The beneficiary’s Identity Card, Bank Passbook, Death Certificate of the deceased, etc.
