Hyderabad Traffic Restrictions for Milad-un-Nabi Celebration

Traffic Restrictions in Old Basti:
Hyderabad Police has put restrictions on traffic in Old Basti due to the Milad-un-Nabi celebration. This is an important event for Muslims, and religious leaders plan to hold a peaceful rally in the Old City.

Security Arrangements by Police:
Police officers in the southern zone have increased security measures along the rally route. The rally will take place in specific areas, and the police have diverted traffic to ensure safety.

Rally Details and Traffic Diversions:
The religious leaders, after discussing with the police, have agreed to follow the rules. Traffic diversions will be in effect from 8 am to 8 pm. People are advised to use alternate routes and avoid the rally path for their convenience.

Appeal for Peaceful Rally:
Religious leaders have requested the youth to participate peacefully in the rally. They urge youngsters to refrain from creating disturbances like loud noises, speeding vehicles, and bike racing. Parents are also urged to supervise their children and prevent traffic disruptions.

Change in Celebration Date:
Due to immersion day coinciding with Milad, religious leaders have decided to celebrate Milad today instead of October 1. Despite this change, the rally will proceed as planned, starting from Charminar, passing Nayapur via Salarjung Museum, and concluding at Mughal Pura with a public meeting. Over 40 Muslim organizations from the old city will participate in this event.
