Auction of HMDA Lands Continues
The sale of lands by the HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority) is ongoing. Following the successful Kokapet land auction, the government of Telangana is now planning to auction lands in different regions.
New Land Auction Notification
HMDA has recently released a new notification about a land auction. This notification is about selling open plots in three districts: Rangareddy, Medchal, and Sangareddy. There are 8 land parcels available in Rangareddy, 8 in Medchal, and 10 in Sangareddy. People interested in buying these plots need to register by the 16th of this month.
The online auction will take place on August 18 in two sessions. The sizes of the plots vary from 300 to 8,590 square yards. The minimum price for each plot depends on the area in the respective districts. For example, plots in Nallagandla of Rangareddy district have a minimum price of 65,000 per square yard.
Auction of 100 Acres in Budvel
The Telangana government is planning to auction 100 acres of land in Budvel, which is located under Hyderabad. The auction process for this is ongoing. There are 14 plots available in Budvel for e-auction. The government has set a minimum price of 20 crore per acre. The land parcels for sale range from three and a half acres to 14 acres. The government mentioned that it will take about 15 minutes to reach these plots from Kokapet Neopolis layout.
