The prices of gold have been rising rapidly, reaching Rs.1150 within the last three days. Just yesterday, it surged by Rs.400, reaching the Rs.58,000 mark for 24-carat gold. Let’s explore the current gold and silver prices in the market and specifically in Hyderabad!
Gold Prices Across India
In the bullion market, the rate for 10 grams of 22-carat gold increased to Rs.53,150, while 24-carat gold reached Rs.57,540. In Delhi, 10 grams of 22-carat gold costs Rs.53,300, and 24-carat gold is priced at Rs.58,130. Chennai sees 10 grams of 22-carat gold at Rs.53,700, with 24-carat gold priced at Rs.58,580. Meanwhile, in Hyderabad and Bangalore, 10 grams of 22-carat gold costs Rs.53,150, and 24-carat gold is at Rs.57,980.
Stable Silver Rates
Unlike gold, silver rates have remained stable. In Hyderabad, the price of silver per kg stands at Rs.75,000, while it’s Rs.72,100 in Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Bangalore sees silver at Rs.69,000 per kg, and Chennai at Rs.75,000 per kg.
Stock Market Updates
Last Friday, the domestic stock market ended positively, with both Sensex and Nifty showing gains. Sensex rose by 364.06 points, closing at 65,995.63, and Nifty gained 107.75 points, closing at 19,653.50. The rupee-to-dollar exchange rate remained at Rs.83.23.
