Decrease in Gold Rates:
On October 6, gold prices in India saw a decrease. The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold fell by Rs. 190 to Rs. 52,400 from Rs. 52,590. Similarly, 100 grams of 22-carat gold dropped by Rs. 1900 to Rs. 5,24,000. The current rate for 1 gram of gold is Rs. 5,240.

24-Carat Gold Prices:
The price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold reduced by Rs. 210 to Rs. 57,160 from Rs. 57,370. Also, 100 grams of 24-carat gold decreased by Rs. 2100 to Rs. 5,71,600. The rate for 1 gram of 24-carat gold is Rs. 5,716.

Gold Prices Across Cities:
In Delhi, 22-carat gold is priced at Rs. 52,550, and 24-carat gold at Rs. 57,310. In Kolkata, 22-carat gold costs Rs. 52,400, and 24-carat gold is priced at Rs. 57,160. Similar rates are observed in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kerala.

In Hyderabad, 22-carat gold is priced at Rs. 52,400, and 24-carat gold at Rs. 57,160. These rates are consistent in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. Ahmedabad sees 22-carat gold at Rs. 52,450 and 24-carat gold at Rs. 57,210. Bhubaneswar’s rates are Rs. 52,400 for 22-carat gold and Rs. 57,160 for 24-carat gold.

Factors Affecting Prices:
Experts attribute these fluctuations to factors such as inflation, Fed interest rates, and economic uncertainties.

Silver and Platinum Prices:
Silver prices increased, with 100 grams now at Rs. 71,100, up from Rs. 70,700. In Hyderabad, silver costs Rs. 73,500, and in Kolkata, it’s Rs. 71,100. Platinum prices also rose to Rs. 23,250 for 10 grams, up by Rs. 160 from the previous day’s Rs. 23,090. Similar rates are noted in various cities.
