Gold Prices Rise, Silver Falls
On Saturday, gold prices in the country increased. The price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold rose from Rs. 52,400 to Rs. 52,500. Similarly, the price of 100 grams of 22-carat gold increased from Rs. 5,25,000 to Rs. 5,25,000. The price for 1 gram of gold now stands at Rs. 5,250.
Meanwhile, 24-carat gold prices also rose, reaching Rs. 57,230 for 10 grams, up from Rs. 57,160. In Delhi, 22-carat gold is priced at Rs. 52,650, and 24-carat gold at Rs. 57,380. Kolkata sees 22-carat gold at Rs. 52,500 and 24-carat gold at Rs. 57,230. Similar rates are reported in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kerala. Hyderabad and Ahmedabad also show similar trends.
Silver Prices Decline
In contrast, silver prices fell. Currently, 100 grams of silver is priced at Rs. 70,600, down from Rs. 71,100. In Hyderabad, silver costs Rs. 73,000 per kg, while in Kolkata and Bangalore, the prices are Rs. 70,600 and Rs. 68,800 respectively.
Platinum Rates Drop
Platinum rates also decreased, with 10 grams now priced at Rs. 22,920, down from Rs. 23,250. Similar prices are observed in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Bangalore, and Mumbai.
