Mahalakshmi Scheme Launch

On Sonia Gandhi’s birthday, CM Revanth Reddy introduced the Mahalakshmi scheme in the assembly premises. Under this initiative, women in the state can now travel unlimited kilometers, regardless of their age, starting today.

Cheyutha Scheme Update

Simultaneously, as part of the Cheyutha scheme, the government, led by Revanth Reddy, raised the medical treatment expenditure limit under Arogya Shri to Rs. 10 lakhs. This policy, effective immediately, aims to enhance healthcare accessibility.

Arogya Shree Scheme Expansion

Here are the comprehensive details of the Arogya Shree Scheme’s recent enhancements:

Increased Medical Expense Limit: The medical expenses covered under Arogyashri have been raised to Rs. 10 lakhs.

Immediate Implementation: The updated scheme is effective from today, covering all network hospitals across the state.

Origin: The Arogyasree Scheme, initiated by YS Rajasekhar Reddy in 2004, has been pivotal in providing healthcare support.

Previous Limit: Initially capped at 5 lakhs, the revised scheme now extends coverage for treatments up to Rs. 10 lakhs.

Card Distribution: Arogyashri cards have been distributed to 77 lakh 19 thousand people in the state.

Hospital Network: Arogya Shree services are available in 1,310 hospitals across the state, including 293 private hospitals, 198 government hospitals, and 809 PHCs.

Comprehensive Services: The scheme encompasses 1,376 operations and 289 medical services, ensuring widespread healthcare coverage under Arogya Shri.
