South Central Railway has alerted passengers in Hyderabad about disruptions to their usual MMTS train services, known for their cost-effectiveness and widespread routes.
Train Cancellations:
The railway authorities have issued a notification announcing the cancellation of 29 MMTS trains operating on different routes in Hyderabad due to various operational reasons. Passengers are urged to cooperate with the authorities during this period of inconvenience.
Details of Canceled Trains:
Numerous trains on Secunderabad, Lingampally, Wajanagar, and Falaknuma routes have been canceled, including Lingampally-Undanagar, Vajanagar-Lingampally, Vajanagar-Secunderabad, and others. Additional cancellations affect routes like Ramachandrapuram-Falaknuma, Medchal-Secunderabad, and Hyderabad-Lingampally.
Sankranti Preparations:
Anticipating increased passenger traffic during the upcoming Sankranti festival, South Central Railway has announced the operation of 20 special trains on Kachiguda-Kakinada and Hyderabad-Tirupati routes. These special trains will run from December 28 to January 26 to accommodate the festive travel rush.
