Main Objective of Agneepath Yojana
Recruiting youth from the state into the army for 4 years is the main objective of this program. The dream of every young person in the country who wants to join the army can be realized. By operating this scheme, the security of the country will also be strengthened. During the Agneepath scheme, youth will be appointed for 4 years, during which they will receive military training.
He will be able to become trained and disciplined as a result of this training. In addition to reducing the unemployment rate in the country, this scheme will be effective. By implementing this scheme, the citizens of the country will be able to become strong and self-reliant. With the implementation of this scheme, the average age of the jawans will fall to 26 years. Agneepath Scheme Salary
The first year’s compensation package for Agniveero will be 4.76 lakhs. In four years, this compensation package will grow to 6.92 lakhs. In the first year, agniveers will receive an application for Rs 30,000 per month. There will be a deduction of 30%, i.e. * 9000 PF and the government will contribute the same amount. Then we will provide a salary of *21000 per month. The government will increase salaries by 10% within a year. Agniveer will receive a salary of *40000 per month in the fourth year.
Agniveer will also receive a lump sum service fund of Rs 11.71 lakh after four years. There will be no tax on this payment. Apart from this, if a soldier is posted to a difficult place, in this case highship allowance will also be provided. Selection of fire fighters
Agni Veers who join the Air Force will be provided with high-level training. The average age of jawans will also drop from 6 to 7 years to 26 years in the next 6 years, compared to 32 years now.
