The Telangana Government has introduced application forms for the Public Governance Guarantee, offering citizens the convenience of applying for five out of six government guarantees through a single form.
Application Period: December 28 to January 6
Interested individuals can submit their completed forms during the specified period for the public administration program.
Required Documents
Applicants need to attach xerox copies of their Aadhaar Card and White Ration Card along with the completed forms.
Schemes Covered
The application covers schemes such as Mahalakshmi, Rythu Bharosa, Cheyutha, Grihajyoti, and Indiramma houses.
Program Locations
Applications will be accepted during the public administration program across all villages, municipalities, and corporation wards in the state.
Form Structure
The first page of the application form includes applicant details and address, while the second page contains the proforma with essential details for availing benefits under the government’s Abhaya Hastam Guarantee Schemes.
