ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನೀಡಿದ ಐದನೇ ಭರವಸೆಯಾದ ‘ಯುವನಿಧಿ’ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಯುವನಿಧಿ ಖಾತರಿಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ:
ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಪದವೀಧರರು ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವುದು ಯುವನಿಧಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವು ಜನವರಿ 12 ರಂದು ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ಜಯಂತಿಯಂದು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ ನೆರವು:
ಯುವನಿಧಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಪದವಿ ಅಥವಾ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರ 180 ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ ನಗದು ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅರ್ಹತೆಯ ಮಾನದಂಡ:
ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಆರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗ ಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು, ಹಣವನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಜಮಾ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಹಣಕಾಸು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ:
ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯೋದ್ಯಮ ಸಚಿವ ಶರಣಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ರೂ. ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ 250 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ತರುವಾಯ, ರೂ. 1250 ಕೋಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ರೂ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 2500 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಸಕ್ತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೇವಾ ಸಿಂಧು ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
Introduction:
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah inaugurated the registration process for ‘Yuvanidhi,’ the fifth promise made by the Congress during the Karnataka Assembly elections.
Objective of Yuvanidhi Guarantee:
The primary goal of Yuvanidhi is to extend financial assistance to unemployed graduates and diploma holders. This initiative is scheduled to kick off on January 12, coinciding with Swami Vivekananda Jayanti.
Monthly Support for Jobless Youths:
Under Yuvanidhi, monthly cash assistance will be provided to individuals who remain unemployed for 180 days after obtaining their degree or diploma.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must demonstrate a residency of at least six years in Karnataka. The unemployment allowance will be granted for a duration of two years, with funds directly deposited into the candidates’ bank accounts.
Financial Allocation and Implementation:
Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Saranaprakash Patil disclosed an allocation of Rs. 250 crores for the scheme this year. Subsequently, Rs. 1250 crores and Rs. 2500 crores are earmarked for the next two years, respectively. Interested candidates can apply through the Seva Sindhu portal.
